Anarchichə innamoratə is a collective that takes the body as a site of care, approaching dance as a communal ritual and exploring how softness and imagination can open spaces for resistance. It works from an anarchic stance, where vulnerability becomes a source of strength and joy carries political weight.

SHOW-OFF
With SHOW-OFF, Tanzhaus Zurich promotes local young talent. For three weeks, three groups rehearse one short piece each. This year's artists explore how altered states of consciousness can open up the body and community: from carnivalesque exuberance to powerless pause before the universe to powerful self-assertion in a clear "no".
d’Amore e d’Anarchia
Anarchichǝ innamoratǝ
d’Amore e d’Anarchia is a collective performance that explores the body as a site of resistance, care, and joyful rebellion. Drawing on the carnival as a moment of social and corporeal inversion, three performers create a shared space in which hierarchies dissolve and new forms of togetherness can emerge. Through live voice, movement, and ritual-based scores, the work examines how softness, excess, and embodied presence may generate transformation. The audience is invited not as passive spectators, but as accomplices in a temporary, collective state of liberation.
STARDUST — A Star Has Died
Sarafina Beck
In STARDUST – A Star Has Died, personal fragility becomes the starting point for a dialogue between cosmos, body, and sound. The piece reflects on the idea that we are made of stardust—small and vulnerable, yet part of a larger whole. It unfolds as a poetic search for grounding, dignity, and resonance in an increasingly overwhelming world.
NOBODYKNOWS
Yumio Chanoki
NOBODYKNOWS is a quiet yet powerful dance solo about the courage to say NO — and about what happens when we don’t. A body negotiates imaginary boundaries, searching for two letters censored from the alphabet and for a language beyond words. Between playfulness, vulnerability and restrained anger, NO becomes physically tangible: as resistance, contradiction and necessity in a violent world. When talking leads nowhere, dance begins.
