Workshops & On Top
In our workshops, dance becomes something to experience, whether for a single evening or over several days. Led by guests from the scene and our Accomplices, we create spaces for trying things out, learning and encountering one another – for anyone who wants to become active themselves.
Sometimes one performance isn’t enough. The On Tops build on and extend the work of our Accomplices: conversations that resonate beyond the moment, gatherings that connect, and collaborations that open up new spaces. Here, people, ideas and disciplines meet.
DanceAbility is an inclusive dance method open to everyone. For experienced and less experienced dancers alike, with and without disabilities. We work with improvisation and contact improvisation.
The collective dance me to the end invites professional and non-professional dancers of all ages to take part in an open exploration of their creative processes.
Groove Your Labour is an open workshop inviting participants to explore the rhythms and movements of their everyday working life – no dance experience is required.
During the autumn holidays, you dive into the world of Harald Naegeli, the famous “Sprayer of Zurich”, for a whole week. Inspired by his line figures, you get creative yourself: you paint with your body, play with light and movement, and discover – between the city, the museum and Tanzhaus — how a line becomes art.
