Professional Training Contemporary

Hannes Langolf

Hannes leads a non-stop, continuous physical practice focused on strength, flexibility, and the use of performative tools such as presence, awareness, and attention to detail. Blending various styles into its own distinct form, the practice helps participants build lower-body strength, restore and realign the body, heighten their sensitivity to listening and embodiment, and tap into their individual flow. They are guided with precise clarity through a rigorous sequence.
