A ballet class for contemporary dancers – decades of experience distilled into an efficient, clearly structured hour.

This ballet class is aimed at contemporary dancers, condensing decades of experience into an efficient, sensibly structured hour. At its core are clarity and freedom in movement, correct posture and alignment, expressive musicality and whole-body coordination. All exercises draw on classical vocabulary while offering a solid warm-up, some cardio work and a blend of strength and lightness – carried by a positive, disciplined and joyful approach to movement.
