VERLUST GEWINN VISION!
Conference with performances, talks, workshops and discussion formats from Kollektiv dance me to the end

The collective dance me to the end invites you to a three-day conference on dance and ageing. What stories do we tell about ageing in dance? What aesthetics can older dancing bodies create? How can dance challenge conventional images of ageing? And what visions can it inspire for an ageing society?

A varied programme of talks, practice-based workshops, discussion formats and performances creates space for exchange. Together, we explore questions of loss and gain in ageing and seek new possibilities.

The conference is aimed at dancers and anyone interested in dance, of all ages, as well as everyone wishing to discover new perspectives on vitality «to the end».

Programme
Friday, 23 October, 5:30–7:00 pm
A performance opens the conference.

Saturday, 24 October, 9:30 am–6:30 pm
Talks, a practical participatory workshop and discussion rounds are at the centre of the programme, alongside a performative reading. One of the discussion rounds takes the form of a «Fishbowl» conversation: a small group discusses in the centre of the room while the audience listens and can join the circle at any time.

Sunday, 25 October, 9:30 am–5:00 pm
Another workshop and a «World Café» follow: participants move from table to table in small groups and discuss different questions. The programme is complemented by a systemic-performative experiment that opens up new perspectives on the topic.
