Professional Training Contemporary
Csaba Varga
The tools, tasks, and movement materials of Fleshboost are inspired by parkour, martial arts, breakdance, and other highly technical and physical movement forms. This approach gives the contemporary dance class a uniquely blended style that navigates between ground and air. It focuses on understanding the importance and logic of transitional movements, momentum, weight shifts, and other essential details needed for the effortless and precise execution of soft-acrobatic elements. One aim of the class is to get or stay fit by meeting the physical challenges of the training and by mastering technical foundations. The training also offers a new perspective on how to understand, practice, and acquire complex movements.
