Professional Training Contemporary

Manel Salas Palau

The class focuses on a constant adaptation and awareness of the present moment, our own body, mind and the space around us. It encompasses knowledge from different techniques and backgrounds and fosters an inspiring setting of sharing and learning. The training starts by bringing special attention to the senses, the muscles and the joints. It then develops into dynamic group exercises, such as trust and reflex games. The aim is to awaken collective connection and alertness and to put them at the service of dance. The pleasure found in dancing and moving is nurtured by an exploration of endless creative possibilities.
