Professional Training Contemporary

Yasmin Iriel Frione

360° Movement focuses on cultivating a present, active, and versatile body. The class works with the fundamentals of floorwork and contemporary dance techniques to build a strong base for mapping the body’s territory. Acrobatic tools support the integration of multiple directions, the use of backspace, and the exploration of different levels, creating pathways to experience the body in 360°. Choreographic sequences challenge coordination and expressivity, while improvisational guidelines unlock creativity. A map of weights, tones, extensions, and rhythms forms the core of the exploration. The process unfolds both individually and collectively, opening a gateway to a performative state and deepening each participant’s personal research.
