Professional Training Contemporary

Tina Halford

The class is an invitation to train, try out, play, and challenge yourself. Tina Halford works on movement material, using the weight shift as a basic principal of movement. Her material challenges coordination and agility by consciously using the space, the floor or a partner, the muscle tonus and the understanding of the body weight in connection with gravity. Her training includes open task exercises, specific movement material, as well as set training sequences inspired by martial arts, fitness training and movement culture. The aim is to enhance the physical and mental abilities of the body when confronted with challenge.
