After graduating from Nadin Bomer’s Dance and Theater Academy in Israel in 2016, Inbar joined the Carmela Dance Group, directed by Noa Shiloh. During this time she had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned Israeli choreographers such as Gilad Yerushalmi, Doron Raz, Merav Dagan, Maya Briener and others. During the Covid-pandemic, Inbar took part in the MASA training program of the Kibbutz dance company, and later joined the company as a dancer. In 2022, she performed with Leineroebana (The Netherlands) until she relocated to Zurich in 2023, where she is focussing on choreography, while also teaching dance to different groups in Switzerland, Israel and Europe.

This class encompasses a dynamic blend of elements, including improvisation tasks, floorwork, partnering and coordination exercises. Through the exploration of diverse dynamics, initiation points, mindful breathing, varying levels and spatial connections within the group, participants are empowered to heighten their body awareness. Simultaneously, they are encouraged to challenge entrenched physical habits and thinking patterns. At its core, the overarching goal of this training is to unearth the unique essence within each participant, highlighting their individual strengths as movers while fostering a profound sense of joy in the effort.
