Originally from Italy, Dario Dinuzzi is a performer, choreographer, and movement coach. A former dancer with Aterballetto, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, Ballet BC, and Tanz Luzerner Theater, he now works as a freelancer across Europe and Canada, expanding his expertise into street performance, dance theatre, and clowning. His choreographic works have been presented internationally. He is the co-director of the WE Program and became a certified GYROTONIC® instructor in 2018.

This class is intended as a moment of sharing and learning where movers from any background have an opportunity to practice their skills and advance their research in a safe environment. Focusing on rhythm and intention, the class progresses from warm up to choreography with a variety of exercises and games designed for anybody to enjoy the learning process. The final movement combination, created around the highlights of the class, offers a chance to move in relationship to the space and other bodies.
