Trained in ballet and contemporary dance, he has worked in companies such as Aterballetto, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal and Ballet BC. He is currently a member of TanzLuzern. As a freelancer, Dario also takes part in various projects in Europe and Canada that allow him to expand his expertise in street performance, dance theatre and clowning. Throughout his career, Dario Dinuzzi has developed his own choreographic language. He was an artist in residence with Ballet BC from 2014 to 2016 and has been commissioned to create pieces by several major pre-professional dance programs and festivals. His choreographic work has been presented in Italy, Switzerland, the USA and Canada. Eager to nurture growth of the dance community, Dario has been leading classes and workshops in professional companies, universities and dance programs since 2010 (e.g., Ballet BC, ArtsUmbrella, Lamondance, Modus Operandi, Simon Fraser University, Ballet Preljocaj, Opera National du Rhin, Ballet Basel, IGTZ, Ballet Mannheim, B-Dance, Codarts, SUNY Purchase, FluxFlow Dance Project, NOD). In 2020, he became the co-director of the pioneer WE Program founded by Mathilde Gilhet and devoted to supporting the movement community around the world.
