Professional Training Contemporary

The aim of this training is to create an internal and external environment for physical learning and exploration, where new movement possibilities can emerge and flourish. The class will include individual and collaborative improvisation tasks, coordination work, set material, and conditioning exercises. Each component of the practice is offered as a platform for exploring new tools and perspectives that can be used to develop one’s movement vocabulary and training. A special emphasis will be placed on the role of playfulness, curiosity and failure.
