Breathwork

Lea Moro, Claudia Feest

Talking About Grief – Breath

In her research project Talking About Grief, Lea Moro explores grief as both an individual and a collective experience. Through various formats, she examines loss, dying and transience, with the body serving as the central locus of experience.

The Breath special focuses on the breath as a connection between the inner and the outer, between life and letting go. Together with Claudia Feest (breath and body therapist), we explore the practice of breathwork (Ilse Middendorf’s ‘Der Erfahrbare Atem’) as well as body- and movement-oriented approaches. The focus is on the breath as a gateway to inner awareness, serenity and vitality. Through mindful breath and bodywork, processes of letting go, resonance and balance become tangible.
