Summoning a chorus of vilaines
The piece takes as its starting point the need for the performer to find a new path towards the act of dancing and the stakes of representation.
Inspired by creatures on the margins, she seeks a poetics of impure and fantastic figures. The performance stages the process of activating presences. Transformation as a never-ending process, offered by the flow of identities.
Suspended movements, on the lookout. Creatures lurking in an unfulfilled future. Becoming pest, sabotaging, corrupting – and enjoying this battle.
