To mark its 30th anniversary, Tanzhaus Zürich is hosting the MovingTowardsZero festival (26–28 June 2026): a utopian space where art, activism and community come together. DreamingTowardsZero is part of MovingTowardsZero.

Immerse yourself in Dreaming Towards Zero – an open space for sound, questions and a speculative future, curated and organised by Noemi Grütter. The space is open to all throughout the festival and invites visitors to imagine and shape the future together.

A continuous DJ set by Noemi Grütter combines sounds of climate change with eco-acoustic elements and electronic soundscapes. Audio-reactive visuals and projected ‘what-if’ questions open up speculative spaces beyond existing social orders and invite visitors to develop their own questions and answers about the future. Visitors can write and draw on large, freely suspended canvases. Over the course of the festival, this creates a collective image of possible futures – a growing, physical archive of shared ideas, thoughts and perspectives. A space to immerse oneself, get involved and continue dreaming.
