Professional Training Contemporary
The training is led by Inbar Elkayam

The class introduces Embodied Intelligence, a movement practice in development by Inbar Elkayam that explores the body as a source of perception, relation, and physical knowledge.

The practice looks at how movement is shaped by space, rhythm, sensation, direction, and interaction with others, and how awareness can extend beyond the skin.

Through guided improvisation and physical tasks, the class works with the floor, space, and surrounding bodies as active tools. Dancers explore different ways of sensing and responding while developing versatility, presence, spatial awareness, and communication through movement.

What awaits you in this training (skills):
35% improvisation
20% floorwork
20% sweat/stamina
10% partnering
15% fun/choreography
