This training combines strength, technique and creativity, fostering versatile, powerful and expressive dancers who connect physically and emotionally with their art.

It focuses on power work to develop control and physical resilience, as well as partnering to build trust, timing and fluid coordination. Technical spatial work also takes centre stage, refining movement through space, complemented by cardiovascular training that sustains energy and stamina. Improvisation plays a central role, encouraging dancers to explore personal expression and spontaneity.

Julie Magneville

Julie Magneville is a choreographer, stage director, filmmaker and movement artist known for powerful works that fuse contemporary dance and physical theatre. She trained at ESDC Rosella Hightower, CNSMD Lyon and The Ailey School, and has worked internationally with renowned choreographers and companies. Her film In Memorium has won awards, and she has created pieces for TEDx, TV shows, The Gala des étoiles, world tours and major ceremonies.
