Professional Training Contemporary

Professional Training Contemporary
The training is led by Oliver Robertson

This training offers an in-depth exploration of floorwork technique and its artistry, with an emphasis on control and fluidity in movement.

Participants develop a refined understanding of how to move smoothly between levels, using momentum, weight and breath to glide seamlessly between standing and floor-based positions. By combining contemporary dance, breakdance and microbatics, the series introduces dynamic movement pathways and inversions that challenge coordination, balance and spatial awareness. Each session includes guided technical exercises, movement sequences and improvisational exploration that build strength, mobility and adaptability. Look forward to flying through the space and really pushing yourselves to a groovy, juicy playlist.
