The training is led by Tina Halford

Tina Halford’s training is an invitation to train, experiment, play and challenge yourself.

The material challenges coordination and mobility by deliberately engaging space, the floor or a partner, muscle tone and an understanding of body weight in relation to gravity. Tina Halford’s training includes specific movement material, set training sequences and open-ended tasks inspired by martial arts, fitness training and movement culture.
