Professional Training Contemporary

Professional Training Contemporary
The training is led by Bruno Catalano

The course is strongly based on release technique and devoted to floor work, developing a fluid yet clear relationship with the floor.

The aim of the training is to build a fluid, soft, self-assured yet clear and sharp relationship with the floor, as though it were a “dance partner”. Participants learn to better absorb impact with the floor and to perform movements based on the relationship between weight and gravity, both upward and downward. Building on this, the goal is to dance an extended dynamic phrase with many changes of level and direction, without losing strength, softness, focus and presence.

What awaits you in this training (skills):
30% floor work
20% acrobatics
30% sweat/stamina
20% fun
