Professional Training Contemporary
The training is led by Mathilde Gilhet

This class is based on contemporary dance technique with a strong focus on floorwork, body coordination and organic movement.

Drawing on Mathilde Gilhet’s own movement vocabulary and movement research, the class combines physical preparation, locomotion on the floor and movement flow to develop strength, mobility and new pathways of movement. Through progressively structured sequences, participants develop fluidity, coordination and confidence in movement and performance.
