It is an ongoing, immersive practice shaped by the experiences of Happy Feet and Playful Presence, drawing on inclusive approaches and techniques such as contemporary dance, improvisation, and composition. The practice embraces the body as an instrument capable of expressing and embodying diverse movement qualities, rhythms and musicality, and body tension(s), while cultivating articulation and precise execution – all without forgetting to have fun.
