MASK OFF – An Encounter

In MASK OFF one audience member and a performer meet. With the material of a body research upon conventionalized behavior in meetings, everyday actions like a snack, a small talk and a dance Oliver Roth and the performer Micha Goldberg explore how an encounter between two strangers can become intimate. How do we react to the opposite in a set but open performative setting and what is possible in that frame? How do we become close with each other in a short time? How much are we willing to give and are we ready to unmask?
