SHARING: Bear, My Love
Dash Che's performance study Bear, My Love came out of making the original work for MIRfestival in front of a Greek Orthodox Church in Athens, slow-traveling from Helsinki to Athens with a huge headless bear costume in a suitcase and writing daily love letters to the Bear in public spaces during the travel. During their residency at Tanzhaus Zürich, Dash returns to the work as a study of codependent love to their country/s using a bear figure as a 'third object”.
The work-in-progress Sharing of the results of Dash Che's study will be followed by a brief audience discussion.
