Professional Training Contemporary
Christina Mertzani
The class focuses on technique and the performance of movement. Through simple exercises, participants learn how to approach the floor safely, move with speed and agility and use their full potential to occupy as much space as possible. They work with complex sequences and choreographies while learning to focus on the intention and performativity of movement. This training values both individuality and teamwork. The main goal is to awaken the senses, communicate through movement, and gain more satisfaction in dancing.
