Mark Wuest is a former swimmer and gymnast. Mark Wuest completed a Bachelor of Arts in Dance in Iowa (USA) and was a member of the Joffrey Ballet, Geneva Ballet, Zurich Ballet and Amanda Miller’s Pretty Ugly Dance Company. As a choreographer, Mark Wuest works in ballet, physical theatre, opera, musical theatre and contemporary dance. Mark Wuest also teaches ballet at tanzwerk101, in the areas of contemporary and urban dance. For over twelve years, Mark Wuest has been a lecturer at Zurich University of the Arts, teaching in the Bachelor’s programme in Contemporary Dance as well as the Master’s programme in Teaching and Coaching Professional Dancers.
